Edinor Rashid Yaziz’s Biography

Hi, Im Edinor Rashid Yaziz. I grew up in a small town called Bukit Sentosa, Rawang. I am currently 19 years old persuing a course in photography at SEGI Subang Jaya International College. I began taking pictures with my first Digital Single Lens Reflex camera 2 years ago exactly in 2007, the day I finished my last SPM paper. The passion for photography was first just a mere hobby grew into something far more bigger. Self-taught by only the content can be found on the internet, I quickly showing progress in less than a year time. I got my first job photographing road tours throughout Kuala Lumpur with JUSCO. Later I was recruited into my first Wedding Photography team, Sinaar Fotografi. The chain reaction soon led me offered to join TOE Photography as their third. I have worked with SIEGE Online Magazine for their fashion spread, did a profile shoot for the band DANGERDISKO who are at the moment an up-rising DJs in Malaysia and many more. Most of my work is done with my freetime and passionate friends expanding amazing portfolio all across with a new-found love, strobing. I am recognized for my equipment limitations with the use of 50mm fixed lens and wireless portable flash units. The limitation adds personality and dynamic to my photograph with the alluring Bokeh and the studio quality lighting. Versatility, from doing weddings, portraits, landscape, interior, commercial and video with having the same idealogy in mind, its all about controlling light.
